– You will be assigned to a group based on your chosen project in AT1
– Each member of the group will use his/her AT1 as a case study to discuss the
following questions with their groupmates; try to compare/contrast your case
studies to find common categories (also highlight interesting exceptions)
▪ What are the main categories of procurement challenges
▪ In what ways the challenges have affected procurement
▪ What are the main categories of stakeholders
▪ How stakeholders (and/or procurement group/function of the project) have contributed to the
procurement challenges
– Use sticky notes for organizing your sub-categories and categories
– Let’s report back to the class

– You will receive a number of theoretical/conceptual frameworks
– Discuss these frameworks in your group and select the ones that best contribute to explain
the interrelationships between your identified categories/themes
– Develop a short story using your selected frameworks
