To determine the possible target market of the business.
It will determine the possible opportunities and threats that the business may encounter.

The data that the proponents gathered came from its source such as interviews from other related
establishments that can be of help to the proposed project. By interviewing what/how much their
expenses are and by asking what are the possible equipments that SPA should have. Those gathered
data will be the basis/guidelines for the business to operate.

The proponents of the business did an interview to their possible customers to get the determinants
of demand.

SUPPLY ANALYSIS
For social services, supply analysis will get by specifying the agencies rendering such social services.
The use of social indicators may be particularly helpful in the analysis of past and present supply
situations.
Supply:
20,000(sales every month) - composed of 60-65 persons every month.
assuming that every month 3 persons added,
total of 65-68 persons.

DEMAND ANALYSIS
Demand will be analyzed by knowing or getting the business sales. The proponents did an interview to
other related SPA establishments to gather some information regarding their sales within the year.

COMPETITIVE POSITION
As what the proponents observed about the other SPA establishments during the interview, they do
not have gym equipments that Body Melody Spa will have. That equipment will be the asset or
competitive advantage of the business in order to compete with its competitors.
