Executive Summary:
Strong milk tea is what Brilliant Bubbles milk tea company specializes in, and it strives
to offer consumers great products at a fair price. Our business caters to young professionals and
students. Brilliant Bubbles, a newcomer to the milk tea industry, aims to create a product that
will set itself apart from its rivals and offer customers satisfaction, superior flavor, and
innovative milk tea varieties.
As a result, we provide creamy flavor, a popular alternative to ice cream and milk tea among the
younger generation. Brilliant Bubbles seeks to develop a solution that will assist consumers
endure the eventual decline of the milk tea trend. A lot of fierce competitors are currently joining
the market.
The Brilliant Company, we integrated and revised our strategy to enable us to go beyond creamy
as a product will introduce consumers to the new flavor of the milk tea revolution. Brilliant
Bubbles, as a new product, seeks to raise consumer awareness sales of our new product, and
develop a solid reputation in the milk tea sector.

Business Details

The Company:

My friends and I began making plans in August 2015 to build a company to support our
academic endeavors, and we started it in 2016. We intended to lease a space close to the school
where we might establish our company. Then we assembled items and constructed a location
where we could sell shakes. We first had trouble finding customers, but after a few weeks, our
merchandise progressively increased.
As a result of this increase in what we offered, someone else constructed a competing
store, and as time went on, our prices gradually reduced, and customers moved on to the
competing store. We were stuck because our goods had been misplaced. Since it was our sole
source of money at first, we found it difficult to accept our goods' losses. However, we didn't
give up and came up with a plan to draw in additional customers.
We came up with a strategy to advertise a new business, and this is milk tea. We set up a
Facebook page so that people may discover about our products. We launched our brand-new
company, Brilliant Bubbles or milk tea, in June 2020. By doing this, we have progressively
increased our income and found methods to improve the customer experience.
Most of the flyers we produce and offer to students end up becoming our customers. Due
to its increasing popularity in our region, our product has increased more. We took a chance and
built a branch in another country since our product has gained popularity and we are
progressively expanding the number of branches in our region and other countries..
Mission
To provide consumers and customers with the best tea products in terms of quality, value, and
service. The goal of Brilliant Bubbles is to continue the trend of offering healthy beverage
options, integrating the use of creamy flavor into daily life, winning over customers.

Vision
To help and create the best tasting milk tea as well as to become the top milk tea store in the
Philippines.

Objectives
 To invest good quality in machinery that will sustain the product's quality
 To determine the company’s direct competitors
 To produce a reasonable net profit by the end of the month
 To provide customers with a one of a kind tea experiences by ensuring that we use only
the best and fresh ingratiated in making of drinks.

The Bubble Tea, a premium, hand-crafted beverage, is offered by Brilliant Bubbles. A cool and
creative beverage with a foundation of tea, juice, milk, and tapioca is also known as "Pearl Milk
Tea" or "Boba Tea."

Brilliant Bubbles offers a variety of flavors and teas. This enables the business to encourage
customers to look for their preferred flavor while still meeting each customer's needs.

Target Market
Our target market is students are the target audience of milk tea, and the consumption scenario
happens when customers go window-shopping, the location of the shop should be allocated near
to the customers to gain better traffic.

shop, you may take advantage of a promotion that allows you to save 30–50% when you
purchase two milk teas. Additionally, you can acquire a third milk tea for just 30 pesos.
