GOAL OF THE BUSINESS


The purpose of our business is to provide food and drink to people who want to buy it is all about
Chocolate Drinks and the Nutritious Butchi. It is a public service to meet the needs of people to find
food and drinks. Furthermore, it is not very expensive and affordable by consumers, even children can
buy it to be full at a low cost and nutritious. Apart from providing products to people, selling them is a
way to make money for the business also to help people to buy the food and drinks when they’re need
it.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY


The objective of our study was thought about and we brainstormed thoroughly, the leaders asked the
members what ideas they had to get a good objective of the study. And what should be improved in our
business, and now we think our small business we will give a little emphasis on purging so that our
business can be better known and increase the income, and appropriate support from our friends,
customers who believe that it can be increased and before the end of our business, we will set up a
survey with customers to find out if there is any improvement with all our persistence and if as time

 SIZE OF THE MARKET
Our target Customer in 6 to 10 months, since we are students and new in a business industry. Our
target Customer maybe 900 people but in a in a penetration rate of our business is 70% so it will be 630
people in 6 to 10 months, we assumed that 630 people multiply the supply of our product in 10 months
that customer needed, our sale driving the expected average price sale down to 567,000

 MARKET SHARE
This study is consistent with our small business source of our income, in addition to this it also includes
the total of how much we will earn and sell within ten months of our product. The small business
“Chocoluxe” has two products called choco drinks that cost 15.00 pesos per bottle if in ten months we
can make 900 bottles so its total income is 13,500 pesos and the nutritious butchi is 10.00 pesos if we
can make 650 pieces in ten months the resulting income is 6,500 pesos so the total income in ten
months in one year of our small business is worth 20,000 pesos and the total market share of our
business is 9% but it also depends on the sales period because we are not always lucky there are times
when sales are slow so my colleagues will try to grow it.

Are consists of individuals who appreciate the convenience of ready-to-eat food items. Our target
market is divided into the following segments:

Families and children who wish to satisfy their love of sweets without consuming unhealthy junk food
will find our chocoluxe to be the perfect solution.

Our chocolate drinks and bread items would be useful to people who are constantly on the go and have
little time to prepare meals. Due to their portability and ease of consumption, our products are an
excellent selection for a quick meal or snack.

I’m pretty sure that our product will provide a really pleasant and refreshing drink, especially in
extremely hot conditions. It can help you relax and help you beat the heat. Our small business is
dedicated to thirsty, hungry people who want to buy at a low price. Our chocolate drinks consist of a
sweet, moderate taste that is suitable for consumers, so is our butchi product that is nutritious because
it is a vegetable, it has protein that is suitable for the taste but when the customer wants sweet The
butchi that they buy, we are willing to put chocolate syrup, We will use a competitive pricing strategy for
our products to attract customers and gain market share. As an opening promotion, we will offer a

more, and when Our business grows and becomes known in other areas, it is important to always have

supply is good but not its employees, in our small business we are the owner, we are also the employees

notice and have a recall in their mind because the logo is all about what we’re selling, when they see it
they will know what our selling. We chose the ChocoLuxe Business because we know even if it’s a small
business, it’s have a big help to other people who thirsty and hungry. It is consists of six members and
worked together to build a business, they’re Baloncio Laira, Autor John Paul, Manzon Rozele, Noblezada
Joan, Albento Rovie, Arellano Kim. Because we thought that our business could grow because there are
many people who love this food. It also includes the place where we will build our business and it is in
San Jose oval, Ipil street. Rodriguez Rizal. We each agreed that our contribution to the establishment of
the business is 250. Since there are six of us, it will raise 1,500 for the first investment of our business.

This small business Chocoluxe are two product its called Chocolate Drinks is made with high-quality
ingredients to ensure a rich and satisfying taste. We use premium chocolate powder, condensed, sugar,
evaporada which is very delicious especially since the weather is so hot now, our chocolate drink is
overflowing with cold, many people will definitely like it. Also we make an homemade Butchi that
prepared from ube, glutinous flour, food coloring orange, sesameseed and oil that before serving, this
delicious snack is deep-fried. Our Butchi is made with fresh ingredients and baked to perfection to
create a crunchy exterior and a soft, chewy center. They are perfect for snacking on-the-go or as a
dessert after a meal. Chocolate drinks and Butchi are a delicious and popular combination that could
make for a successful our business venture.

Our business operates in the food industry, and we currently have six full-time employees. We only have
one physical location, which is a food stall. Based on these factors, our business is considered a small
business, or more specifically, a microbusiness. We are targeting to sell 50 bottles of drinks and 50
pieces of butchi daily. This would give us 800 pesos in revenue daily and 24,000 monthly. Our small
business in the food industry generates 24,000 pesos in monthly revenue with six full-time employees,
operating only from one food stall. We are aiming to increase our daily sales to 50 bottles of drinks and
50 pieces of butchi to reach our revenue target.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENT
Our business are being patient and being smart about how to run the business, since our business is still
in its infancy and the students are the ones who rule, we agree that we will be the ones to manage first
and accept employees who intend to apply. As our business income increases, we will hire employees.
The personal requirements are SHS graduate, have skills in running or managing a business and being
patient, prudent and trustworthy. keeping up with our business, keeping up with what's new, and
keeping up with what a customer wants.
