Summary
♣ 조건:
- FP금액한도: 평균 15Million~1Billion 이상도 가능 (project 소요금액 범위 내)
FP amount limit: Average 15 Million ~ 1billion or more is possible (within the project
scope required amount)

- PF기간: project 상황에 따라 다르기 때문에 보통 1년~5년~연장가능

PF periods: the situation is different depending on the project - usually 1-5 years can
be extended.

- 담 보: Deposit 신청금액의 2%(현금 또는 금액이 클 경우 세계100대은행 발행BG 또는

SBLC등)
Seed money: Deposit application amount of 2% (cash or World top rank of 100 Bank
issued SBLC or BG)

- 이자,수익구조: 1년이내의 프로젝트시 PF금액의 연1회 2% + project완료시 8%

Interest income structure: once a year 2% + upon completion of the project 8%
장기프로젝트 또는 생산공장 같은 일반적인 사업의 경우엔 연1회 2%+상환시 수익지분

조정 또는 꾸준한 사업의 경우 지분25%(순수수익만 참여함)

- For long-term projects, such as general business or producing factories annually 2% +

25%(based on Investment ) interest on repayment of the equity adjustment income or

steady work (which involved only pure profit).
- Escrow Deposit: 위의 담보 중 신청금액의 2%가 현금일 때 메킨리 사에서 지정하는 미국

신탁회사에 Escrow 계약 후 현금Deposit 함. (단, 계약이 잘못될 경우 Escrow 계약에 의해

자금을 돌려받음)
- Escrow Deposit: 2% of the amount of the above application is also cash collateral

Deposit Escrow Agreement after the US investment trust companies to specify in cash
when one company. (However, if the agreement is invalid returns funded by the Escrow

Agreement)

♣ 구비서류(required documents):
- 신청서 (project finance application)- C.I.S=> Investors provided form
1. 회사자료(Company documents)
- 회사등기부등본/사업자등록증 (Business Registration)
- 대표자 여권사본(CEO passport Copy)
2. Project 자료(Project documents)
- 사업계획서 (cash-flow 첨부, 수익분석 5년,원금상환계획)포함
 - Business plan (cash-flow attachments, revenue analysis five years, repayment plan),
including
- Feasibility study (Only applicable)
- 공인된 감정평가 및 각종 증빙서류(뒷받침이 될만 한 민간서류 또는정부서류) 해
당사항만.
A certified appraisal and supporting documents (Private documents or
documents that will support the government.) (Only applicable)
- Contract, etc
3. Deposit 금액에 상당하는 은행잔고증명서(본인 것이 기본이며, 제 3자의 서류는 별도
로 문의)
2% Deposit bank certificate.

♣ 절 차(Procedures):
1. 구비서류 제출 및 1차 프로젝트 PF타당성 검토(장 승권) 현장 및 사업타당성 검토
Documents submitted and primary PF project feasibility study (Kenny) site and
feasibility review.
2. 구비서류를 장승권->Mckinley에 보냄.
Application documents(Kenny->Mckinley)
3. 질의. 응답 (PF신청자, 장승권, Mckinley)
Question and Answer
4. Table Meeting & presentation in U.S.A (미국출장)
5. Agreement signing.
6. 2% deposit (송금) ->현재 한국의 경우 한국메킨리와 한국금융사에 에스크로를 하는 방
법을 논의중.
2% deposit a Money transfer to Trust Company.
7. 차입신고 (한국의 경유)
borrowing report (via Korea)
8. Fund 송금—deposit 후 2개월 정도. (2-3개월 Max)
Fund Money transfer After two months -deposit. (2-3 months Max)
9. Project 진행.
Projects conducted
10. 원금상환 및 PF 끝.
The repayment of principal and end of PF.

♣ 기타(Other conditions):
- 에이젼트 중계수수료 PF발생금액의 5%
5% of the fee relay agent PF amount.
- 현장조사 및 미국출장 등 PF신청에 관련한 비용은 PF신청자가가 직접 결재
Costs related to travel, such as site surveys and US PF application the applicant has a
 direct payment.
- 모든 프로젝트는 case by case로 첨부한 프로젝트 요약서를 작성해서 보내주면 PF의 가능
성 및 기타 조건을 최대한 신청자의 마음으로 설계하고 메킨리와 협의하여 최상의 조건을
만들어줌.

- Project Funding은 그 심사기준이 복잡하지않고 이자가 낮고 상환기간의 조정이 자유로움
등, 문턱이 낮고 자금의 성격이 상당히 Flexible 합니다.
