    What is the problem the lady is reporting?


    She is trying to return an object, but she can’t get in touch with the office.

    Was the lady at the desk helpful? Why or why not?


    She wasn’t helpful at all in the first video, on the second one, she helps the
    lady to return the object.

    Have you had a situation in which a bad costumer service was offered to you?
    Yes, we were on a restaurant and the order took a long time, almost an
    hour, and when they served us, the food was cold, they gave us another
    order, and free french fries.
