I am writing to you express my grievance over the food service of your hotel l have been staying
in your hotel for one week and on the several occations

When l took my meals in the dining area,the service of the waiters were late. I hape this
problem Will be resolved soon and when the fooct arrived, it was either overcooked or
undone. I have already given my complaint to the kitchen staff but the same continued to
happen

I am areguler client and I stay at your hotel every time l have a bussines dealing in the city, but l
have only experiences poor food service this time around l had to wait for my food for more
than 30 minutes as l still have another reservation at your hotel for the coming months
