Program Heads, principals and deans to identify faculty members who are “adaptable” to handle blended distance and online learning (across all campuses) MIS and the College of CS to identify system and software requirements to supplement the implementation of the blended distance and online learning. HR to evaluate the faculty members. Dissemination of the sample Independent Learning Guide for Asynchronous Learning (Blended Distance & Online Learning) to the Program Heads, Principals & Deans. Identify faculty members who will make the Independent Learning Guide for Asynchronous Learning based on competence and specialization. MIS and the College of CS to conduct familiarization training for the use of Zoom, Jitsi Meet and other relevant softwares. Preparation of the various Independent Learning Guides (gathering of internet links, videos, powerpoint presentation, cases, journals, readings, assessments, etc.) for Asynchronous Learning for: a. Subjects to the offered in the 1st semester using the CHED-approved curricula as the reference. b. Subjects to be offered in the second semester to be prepared on a future date. c. Subjects to be offered in the current school year as prescribed by DepEd. In the name of time, the first 4 months (August, September, October and November) of the school year shall be provided with the Independent Learning Guide. The month of December shall be used to complete the Independent Learning Guide for the remaining 6 months in the school year. Review of the materials by the Program Heads/Principals/Dean Test-run or trial period to be handled by the Program Heads, Principals and Deans in coordination with the VP Academic Affairs Start of SY 2020-2021
