Q-1: what are the advantages of using videoconferencing technologies? What are the
disadvantages?
Answer: Audio -Video between more than two people at the same time via the internet,
communication is called video conferencing. we understand video conferencing technologies
are whats app, facebook, skype, zoom app.
Q-2: what are telepresence and what sorts of companies are best suited to use it is a
communication tool?
Answer: Telepresence is an essentially to another name video conferencing with the emphasis
that is probably a more immersive room experience.

GE is the type of company for whom this type of tool is best suited for. GE is a large
multinational company and distributed organization with offices in over 150+ countries this
distribution carries all the way down to individual departments.
Department are co workers in Austin, Detroit, NEW York, paris, Hungary, Sweden and the
United Kingdom. So in order to feel like a more cohesive group, we conduct video meeting to
virtually bring the team together.
Q-3: what kinds of companies could benefit from using video conferencing? are there any
companies that might not derive any benefits from this technology?
Answer: video conferencing does just that.so any business that has to fly to chaina, or
wherever, pay for room and board and take valuable time to do all this, these are the
companies that this would really help. If the technology is mobile , then even service based
industries such as movers,builders,etc.
But to say that there are companies that wont derive any benefits from technology is a stretch.
for example, no matter the domain business is sustainable if the process of working with money
is streamlined. so the every day fin tech solution help pretty much any business.
