My name is Althea Grace Dominsil, and I am a Senior High School student at the
Northwestern University High School Department in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The research
I want to conduct for my requirement is about the history of Laoag City. This will include
the customs and traditions that is being practiced by the people living in this town. This
research will be conducted and under the supervision of our research adviser.
