InterContinental Frankfurt, Frankfurt

Last winter I decided to visit Germany, Frankfurt in

particular, during winter holidays. Having done some
research on the Internet, I found this hotel. Its website
provided me with some useful information. The
Intercontinental Frankfurt hotel offers customers many
types of rooms. Here is the list:

 Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed, River View
 Standard Room
 Superior Room, 1 Double Bed
 Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed
 Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed, View (Skyline View)

I preferred to stay in a standard room with panoramic view.
One night in this hotel costed $159 but the price accurately
corresponded to the service.
First of all, the check in was easy, all I needed for the
procedure were my credit card and ID, I filled out the form
and went to my room. The hotel was arranged over 21-
floors, that was really impressing. When I entered my room,
I was delighted with it, it was light, well accommodated and
clean.
A few more words about my room. There were air
conditioner, minibar, hairdryer and TV. On the desk there

was a phone, so I could call the receptionist at any time. I

also had my private bathroom with free toiletries, slippers
and bathrobe.
The best part of my room was of course the view. I was
impressed by the skyline of Frankfurt.

As for food services, the hotel had its own bar, restaurant
and daily breakfast buffet, but I was eager to visit some
local cafés. One day, when I went for breakfast, I accidently
poured some coffee onto my blouse but that wasn’t a
problem, I just called the consierge and asked for laundry
service.
InterContinental Frankfurt hotel has great location. There
are plenty sights just near the hotel, for instance, it takes
only 7 minutes to get to the Städel Museum on foot and 14
to the Romerberg.
All in all, I was very pleased with my holiday spent in this
hotel. I haven’t faced any inconveniences and will be
remembering this great experience.
