Inspection and Listing Materials

The Project Engineers of Physical Facilities & Maintenance Office conducted an inspection in
Palawan State University (Manalo Campus and Main Campus). The inspection focus in ensuring the
sufficient materials needed in the process of repairing the buildings. The engineer/s authenticate the
specific materials will be used in construction of the building. The mentioned materials in the data below
will be used in the construction of all college buildings which includes the rooms and faculties.

In this section, the engineer/s discuss the materials to be used. The cement (40 kg), sand, gravel,
steel bars and hollow blocks will be use in making path walk of College of Engineering, Architecture and
Technology (CEAT), fence, wall, and footing in Palawan State University(Manalo). Door knob, urinal,
water closet, faucet, lavatory, flash will be use to repair and alter the comfort room of different
buildings in Palawan State University (Main and Manalo Campus). Hardiflex and plywood for
reconditioning the ceiling. Stair nosing are mostly use to repair in the College of Humanities
Management and Tourism (CHMT). Tiles will be use to fill in the missing/broken parts of the floor.
