MEMORANDUM
Herewith are the required templates for discussion during the Regional Mancom on
May 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. All presentations must follow the prescribed templates using the
PowerPoint format with graphs/charts and with corresponding analyses, findings and
recommendations. The e-copy of the presentation must be submitted ahead to the Regional
Secretariat at the email address of Ms. Maria Perpetua G. Batibut at
mariajoy762@yahoo.com for reference on or before May 25, 2020.
The Regional Secretariat together with the Chief of Policy Planning and Research
Division shall make a summary of the SDO presentations and submit the same to the Office
of the Assistant Regional Director for review and comment on or before May 27, 2020.
All expenses incurred in the above activity shall be charged to local funds, all subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
