The following SOP must be adhered before conducting a webinar
1. A set-up has to be developed in a designated place preferably in the academic block to
facilitate the smooth conduction of the webinar. 2. The availability of following items has to be pre-checked before starting if webinar. a. One desktop with all updated necessary software. b. Hi-speed LAN connection c. Good quality gooseneck microphone fixed in the podium d. Good quality collar microphone e. High resolution camera 3. Dummy run has to be done one hour prior to the actual event to ensure all possible technical issues 4. Speaker: a. Speaker has to be chosen at least 15 days prior to the actual event. The confirmation regarding availability has to be ensured 10 days before the session. b. The content material shall be submitted at least seven days before the event. 5. Target population: a. All the faculty members, students, residents of AIIMS Kalyani b. Faculty members, students and residents of other institute will be informed and permitted to participate 6. Time and duration: Webinar will be conducted on fixed day of a week. In case of holidays, the session will be shifted to next week. The duration will be of about one hour. 7. Feedback mechanism: Web based feedback will be taken from each participant after completion of each webinar. Feedback will be analyzed and necessary corrective measures will be taken from next session based the observed findings. 8. The webinar will be conducted in Google meet platform.
