If learners can sense that the educator doesn’t care about some topic… this
perception is the fastest way to undermine their impulse of learning. The
spiritual and sometimes any physical absence of the teacher send such a
powerful message of it doesn’t matter... to the students, that everybody, even
the most dedicated ones, are likely to be affected and become demoralized. It
adds a further important ingredient to the commit-ment issue; We must
emphasizes that in our communication with the students we should take it for
granted that the students share our enthusiasm for learning… so first of all We
should make explicit references about the way that we share the information in
the teaching process.
