Group A

1. Study the case given below and do the activity that is required: 15

Mr.Nabin Shrestha, a privileged dealer of XYZ Company, from Banepa visited the company’s head
office at Tinkune, Kathmandu to order the goods in May, 2019. Mr. Shresha had been selling the
products of company for last 8 years with excellent sales record. Because of his years of relation
with company, he was very familiar with staff of all departments and casual. As in usual visit he
entered the executive’s office where newly appointed officer Ms Ramila Sharma was busy in her
work. She did not have any information about him. After introducing himself in his unchanged
style, Mr. Shrestha talked his business, and it irritated Ms Sharma. He asked for credit worth Rs.
30000000 as he was getting that benefit from the company in the past too. Although Ms Sharma got
the right to give that credit, she directly refused. There arose a conflict. Subsequently, that case
reached to the Manager, Mr. Rakesh Singh. Mr. Rakesh was caught in trouble. If he rejected the
request of his dealer, the business would be affected. If the request is accepted, his subordinate
would be humiliated.
