b. Specify the characters qualities and disposition in life;
c. Create an illustration explaining how the elements specific to a genre contribute to
the of a particular literary section. EN7LT-IV-b-2.2

Vocabulary words related to the story will be posted on the board. The students will
define the vocabulary words.

B. Analysis (Events on a Shawl)


Draw the shawl on your portfolio. On the shawl, list down events that happened in
the story. Make sure that the sequence of the events is properly arranged.

After a short discussion on dynamic and static characters
 Choose a dynamic characters in the story.
 Using the character development chart, show how he/she changes.
 Think about the character in the story and how she was in the end.
 Specify the characters qualities and explain how the changes of her views
affect the characters disposition in life.

Examine the theme of the literary text. On a short bond paper, create an

paragraphs.
