TITLE : Long Range Planning and BCSC Team Building

RATIONALE

Long Range planning aims to gear up the different committee for the upcoming events
to be hosted by the student council. This is done to cater the act of formulating the
course of actions as well as making contingency plans in every student council’s events.

EXPECTED OUTPUTS

1. Detailed action plan

2. Detailed activity design
3. Geared up different committee for the upcoming events to be hosted by the student
council.
4. Friendship and good communication built between members as a student leader.

PARTICIPANTS:

All organizational presidents and BCSC Officers

METHODOLOGY:

To achieve the expected outputs, the following methods will be employed:

1. All the activities for the whole academic year which are anchored to the five student
key concerns will be laid down.

2. Each organization will be designated into certain activities and that they will be
preparing the activity design for the particular events.
3. When all the organizations are done with the preparation, each activity will be
presented for further suggestions and corrections to finalize the action plan and design
of activities.
4. After the preparation of the action plans will be the

CCO Pres - Permit for conducting long range planning at USEP Bislig Campus on
weekend
SEES Pres – Preparation of Snacks

PROGRAM

7:30 – 8:00 am Arrival of the organizational presidents and secretaries

8:00 – 5:00 pm Planning Proper
