CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF LEASE made and entered into by and between:

DANITA MALICIA CEBALLOS, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Aquino
Nobleza East, Janiuay, Iloilo, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;

-and-

MARLON SUPREMO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a resident of Brgy.
Damoong, Iloilo hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the lawful owner of a 3 KAHONS of RICE FIELD

located at Brgy. Damo-ong, Janiuay Iloilo. (The Transfer Certificate of Tile and TAX
DECLARATION are hereby attached as proof of ownership and description of
aforementioned real property)

WHEREAS, the LESSEE has formally intended to lease the abovementioned

property;

WHEREAS, the LESSOR has accepted the intention of the LESSEE to lease the
property for a period of THREE YEARS with an agreed consideration of FORTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00)

NOWTHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

LESSOR leases unto the LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby accepts from the LESSOR the
LEASED premises
