This is with reference to our discussion on the captioned subject matter in your office.
At outset let me convey my gratitude for giving us the opportunity to present portfolio of services we can offer to your esteemed organization. The
attachment contains the proposed business telephony solution for your esteemed organization.
We are a cloud telephony company based in India offering ‘Cloud Telephony Solutions’ to big businesses and automobile dealerships. Our uniqueness lies in
the simplicity of our solutions that enable seamless and faster adaptability of cutting edge cloud telephony for organizations at multiple locations. Customer
focused, result oriented and voice-based solutions have been our forte, which work as foundation of our business process. Big V is known for its tradition of
delivering technology with purpose.
Efficient, strong and customizable telephony solutions are today’s need and they strengthen the foundation of every business by bringing faster and greater
business growth. With a wide range of innovative telephony solutions, Big V proves to be the ideal partner assisting XYZ COMPANY to enhance your
customer delight by developing a dynamic response system which is easily quantifiable and scalable as per your need, and connects the key stake holders,
extensive satisfied customer base, promoters and core management to a single communication platform.

Quotation:
Big V agrees to execute the YOCC related work strictly as per the proposal document.
*Client Name*, is obligated to pay for the YOCC according with the terms and conditions of this proposal.
Monies once paid partly or totally for any Products / Services to BigV Telecom are Non-Refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
Late payments will be charged @ 2% compound interest per month.
SMS, data centre, or any other service/s that are provided by third party service providers / operators and their services or rates are not in direct control of BigV,
we make no warranties that these products / services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or virus free.
The timeframe of the Project would begin within 10 working days after the initial (upfront) agreed deposit is made by *Client Name*, to Big V and is confirmed by
the Big V’s accounts department. The amount of time spent on developing the YOCC will depend upon the proposal provided only after entire inputs are received
from the customer.
The cost for developing the YOCC would be Rs. _______ + service tax for 12 Months.
Big V would only deploy the YOCC on *Client Name* system after the full payment is received and confirmed by the accounts department of Big V.
Big V agrees to provide “Free of Charge” Maintenance for 12 months after YOCC delivery (After deployment of the YOCC for *Client Name*).
Maintenance work is limited to fixing errors on YOCC.
In no event shall BigV Telecom’s liability to the any other party for direct or indirect damages exceed an amount equal to the amount paid by Customer/End User to
BigV Telecom.
Any additional work such as change of call flow, YOCC menu or addition or change of call forwarding number requested by *Client Name* during and/or after this
period is subjected to additional charges and such reasonable time that maybe required for such change/addition and shall be decided at the sole discretion of BigV
Telecom.
BigV Telecom can assign this agreement to its affiliate at any time, but this agreement shall not be assigned by the customer without the prior written consent of
BigV Telecom. BigV reserves the right to provide all or part of the services through its vendors/agents, partners or franchisee/s.

Neither Big V nor the customer would be liable to the other for delays or failures in performance of Services resulting from causes beyond the rational control of
that Party, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labour disputes, communication or utility failures, material shortages, riots, disturbances, or rationing, acts of
war, governmental regulations, or casualties.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hon'ble Courts situate at Nagpur, MH, INDIA.
