Department
Retail Branch Banking

Tasks
Acquisition of new Preferred customers
Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the
customer
Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these
customers
Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or Contractual Executives or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
Sales across all product segments – Third Party Products, Assets, Cards etc.
Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc)

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Graduate/Post
Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance
