Civil Security Office (CSO) is the office that endures discipline managed

specialization and according to its capabilities as the Board of Regents may deem
necessary to carry out its objectives, particularly to meet the needs of the province
of Negros Oriental and the region.

Our first day of rendering on-the-job training here in Civil Security Office
(CSO) and this is our second agency. I arrived at exactly 6:30am. Minutes later
we meet Retired Senior Police Officer Mr.Llera, head of the task force he told us
what are the duties and responsibilities. After that we were divided into two
groups. I was assigned in the city hall together with me is my co-interns Mr.
Balsomo, Mr. Capa, Mr. Arabis and Mr. Catacutan, while the rest of my co-
interns is assigned at the entrance and exit way. We were just roaming around the
city hall familiarizing all the offices, moments later we were formed by our class
marcher for the dismissal at around 11:00am.

The following day rendering on-the-job training here in Civil Security

Office, we were still assigned in the same place. We are just rendering our duty
and observing those people who are passing by. I could also say that there are
employees who still lacked discipline to their selves because even just doing
proper parking they don’t do it properly, moments later we were formed by our
class marcher for the dismisssal at 11:20am.

On the third day in our Ob-The-Job Training here in Civil Security Office.
It was a rainy day and I arrived at exactly 6:30am. After that the marcher calls our
attention to proceed to our respective area, moments later we were formed by our
class marcher for the dismissal at 11:00am.

Fourth day rendering on-the-job training I arrived at about 6:30am in the

city hall and the formation started at exactly 7:00am we signed in to our
respective logbook and after that we directly proceed to our assigned area. Me and
my co-intern Mr. Torroy were assigned at the evacuation center to secure the
whole area. During our duty we have no suspicious actions observed. At about
10:45am we formed by our class marcher Mr. Capa for the signing out to our
logbook and followed by our dismissal at passed 11:00am.
Our sixth day here rendering on-the-job training in Civil Security Office at
exactly 8:00AM we are already gathered in the Task Force Office at the Bais
Satellite Public Market. We swapped areas with the other group Mr. Llera was
there he told us our assigned area before we proceeded to our designated areas
and we were assigned in the “no entry area” in front of a evacuation. Moments
later we we're formed by our class marcher for the dismissal at 11:00am.

The following day of our on-the-job training, I was there in the Task Force
Office at exactly 8:00AM and waiting for the other interns to arrive. Around
8:10AM we had our attendance and after that we went to our assigned to our
respective area. Time passes our class marcher calls our attention for the
formation at passed 11:00am we we're properly dismissed.
October 23, it was our 8th day rendering on-the-job training here. I arrived
at the office at exactly 8:00AM it’s the same area we were still assigned on to do
our duties. Afterward, we went back to the terminal to take our snacks and time
passes by we saw 6 “badjaos” that are sitting along the side walk together with
their mother. Then we went back to the task force office for proper dismissal at
exactly 11:20am.

The following day rendering our on-the-job training here at Civil Security
Office, I arrived at 6:40am we went back to our assigned area. Together with me
is my co-intern Mr. Capa I observed that there are lots of garbage in the area
beside the streets and at about 9:00am the garbage truck and the garbage collector
disposed the garbage properly. Last at about10:30am we have our formation for
the signing out and followed by the dismissal at 11:20am.

Last day of our on-the-job training here at Civil Security Office (CSO) I
arrived at 6:30am. Moments later, we have our formation for the signing in onto
our respective logbook. This day we observed less violators and people in Bais
City is much more respectable and after that its already 10:00AM so we directly
proceeded to the task force office at Bais City for the leaded by our class
marcher. After that we took pictures for documentation together with Mr. Llera
I would like to convey my gratefulness to you and your colleagues for the
excellent OJT which I have undergone in your agency. The skills and knowledge
which I have gained throughout my practical training I perceive as very valuable
component in my future career development. As you know this OJT was part of
my educational curricula and therefore I have to thank you for providing me this
opportunity.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Teresito P. Llera for his generous
support, coaching and companionship during my OJT. I shared their expertise
with me very generously and I have learned a lot from them. My thanks and
appreciation also to your Mr. Tano for willing to help us, and above all to your
good companionship.

Thank you once again for your great support in the successful completion
