1. State the importance of the following in relation to your respective work station.
a. Statistic- it actually refers to numerical facts. It a branch of knowledge that contains
collection, presentation of analysis and interpretation of data. In the field of
education, it helps as in collecting data and in evaluating students’ performance in
different activities guided by a criterion in drawing a general conclusion. It is where
we used to apply statistics in computing the grades of the student’s base on their
school performance.
b. Research – is a process of conducting a study to interpret fact and to discover new
things. The relation of research in field of education is to review and improve
educational practice. It aims to look for a new ways of effective learning to fit on the
interest of our 21st century learners. To research new teaching strategy, style or even
activity that can be useful in motivating learners to learn.
c. Technology- in our modern generation technology is very helpful. It makes learning
more fun and meaningful. The technology itself help teachers and learners access
data’s that can be helpful in learning their subject. When teachers effectively integrate
technology into subject areas, teachers grow into roles of adviser, content expert, and
coach.
d. Good human relation- It says human relation is an important part to our career
success. It defined as relations with or between people, particularly in workplace
setting. As a teacher, it is important to us to build a good relationship among fellow
teacher to have a good and better school administration and to build healthy working
environment. We should always be friendly, approachable, kind, considerate and
others to build a good relationship among your members. Teaching is not an easy job
but it is significance and motivating if everybody portrays good relationship.
2. Discuss the different types of policy you have in your institution. How can you contribute
in formulating a good policy? Give and discuss the characteristic of a good policy.
 Some of the school policy implemented by our school administrator together with
the faculty and agreed by the parents:
*no lunch out- all students are not allowed to go out for lunch they should always
prepare and bring lunch with them. The purpose of this is to secure the attendance
 of students. It because the school find out that the numbers student present in the
morning does not match the numbers of students in the afternoon.
*Reading class- the school conduct reading class for those students who has
difficulty in reading and comprehension. It is regularly conducted and facilitated
by some of English teacher in the lower level.
*home visitation- we usually conduct home visitation for those SARDO and fun
of absenteeism.
 For me as a teacher, to contribute in a good policy we should discover the fact of
the effectivity if we implement rules and regulation. It also important to consider
some suggestion and ideas that can be useful in developing a good policy. We
should address the need of students, teachers and others in developing a policy.
And most importantly our participation is very important in making a policy.
 Good policy has the following seven characteristic;
1. Endorsed – the policy has the support of management. And all members
participated in contributing suggestion in creating a school policy.
2. Relevant- the policy is applicable to organization. It should be significant in
addressing the needs of the learners, teachers and for the progress of the
school.
3. Realistic- the policy make sense. It should be reliable and applicable in
addressing school concerns.
4. Attainable- the policy can be successfully implemented.
5. Adaptable- the policy can accommodate change. It should contribute change
that will result of the learner’s progress and better school performance.
6. Enforceable- a policy is statutory. It should be enacted and practiced.
7. Inclusive- the policy scope includes all relevant parties. In making a good
policy it should always be agreed by the body and parents.
3. What is your understanding about term philosophy? Give your own philosophical
thoughts that serves as you’re guiding principle. Expound your examples.
 In my own understanding philosophy is a ways of thinking. It composes of
different principles in life. It helps us understand and solve our problems in life. It
 is an idea we build based on our own principle in life and the connection to the
different questions in our mind to look for facts.
 My teaching philosophy is that I want to encourage all learners to look for their
own passion of learning, to express their own thoughts, to adopt the good values
and character, to build knowledge base on experience, and help learners on their
journey of discovery. The sense of adopting a good values and character is
important to develop for now a day many are educated but not totally mannered.
It is an educational realism that attempts to teach students how to find reality
through logical process. I also believe in the theory of John Dewey, that learning
by doing is effective for students to interact with the environment and let them
discover things in order to adapt and learn.

4. What is the difference between administration and supervision? Explain

 The difference between the two is that Supervision is a process of overseeing the
performance of a person or a group and it aims to provide accountability for both
the supervisor and supervisee exploring practice and performance. As compared
to administration is used to implement the policies, rules and techniques passed
by management. Administration is a process of overseeing a company’s overall
performance.
