 Ventricular arrhythmia
 Cardiogenic shock  Bradycardia
 CHB, Type II block  Hypotension (Parasympathetic +
 Raised JVP- Kussmaul sign
 Clear Lung fields

 Sinus Bradycardia
 Sinus Arrest
 1st degree block
 Wide complex arrhythmia  Narrow Complex
 Atropine not effective  Rx: Atropine + Fluid
 Rt Ventricular Infarction:
 IV fluid 250 ml bolus
 Inotropes (Dopamin)
 NO Nitrates
(Reduce Rt ventricular filling &
Preload >> Severe drop in
systolic BP)
