     Septal + Lateral wall involved AV node from RCA.
     Ventricular arrhythmia
     Cardiogenic shock  Bradycardia

     Clear Lung fields

     Sinus Bradycardia
     Sinus Arrest
     1st degree block

     IV fluid 250 ml bolus
