METHOD STATMENT
1. Prepare wall frame level by applying leveling mortar.
2. Apply mortar on the ground to adhere the blocks on it.
3. Stager the blocks in line (beside each other).
4. Put vertical polystyrene strips of 60mm width.
5. Apply mortar on the side of the blocks adjacent to the vertical polystyrene strips.
6. Put horizontal polystyrene strips of 60mm width.
7. Apply mortar on the top of the blocks.
8. Stager the 2nd level of blocks in an interlocking pattern (50% in length edge to edge shift).
9. 1st or last block may need to be split. Choose only designated split block for this job.
