Purpose
This presentation is to share the survey that I have
conducted on the subjects of education.
Education
For this survey, there are eighteen participants.
The majority of the participants, apart from one, are 16-19 year olds. This means that the participants fit into the
target audience age range ( 16-25 years old).
Gender
The majority of the participants are male as there are
twelve males and six females.
Stage of 83.33% of participants are in their A-levels, whilst two of them are in college/university and finally one is not in

education
education. This range in education will allow a variety of opinions from different stages, rather than have all the
participants in the same stage.
Satisfaction
44.44% of participants are very satisfied with the current
state of education. However, 33.33% are only somewhat
satisfied whilst 11.11% are not at all satisfied. Only one
person has voted for extremely satisfied and one person
has voted for not so satisfied.
Lockdown
Unfortunately, majority of students’ learning (33.33%) have been affected a great deal by lockdown. This is then
followed by 27.78% who have been affected a lot, whilst there is a tie of 16.67% of those who’ve only been
affected a moderate amount or haven’t been affected at all. Only one person has been affected a little.
Responses
University
The majority of students think that university is only somewhat important by 66.67%. Following that, 16.67%
believe that it is very important, 11.11% think it is not so important then one person thought that it is extremely
important.
Exams
Eight people believe that exams are not so effective and,
in second place, seven people think it is somewhat
effective. Thirdly, two people believe that it is very
effective whilst only one person thinks that it is not at
all effective.
Responses
Confidence 38.89% are not so confident in going into the next stage of education or going into full-time jobs. Then, 27.78%
are somewhat confident whilst there is a tie of 16,67% are either very confident or not at all confident.
Analysis
From the results of the survey, it shows that students are not so confident into going into the next stage of education yet are
satisfied with the current state of education. This could mean that the succession of the student’s grades in education are not
really because of the education system, but maybe it is because of the student themselves. However, since the majority of the
students are in A-levels, this could mean that the stress caused by the studies has impacted the students’ learning and
confidence into going to the next stage of education.
