JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

I, DAVID SALVADOR, of legal age, married, Filipino, and


with residence at 2 Doncic St. NBA Subdivision, Manila City after
having duly sworn to in accordance with law in answer to the
questions asked by Atty. Josh Napiza in his office at 123 Sotto St.,
Pasig City, on July 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM. I am fully conscious that I
do so under oath and that I may face criminal liability for false
testimony and perjury hereby depose and state:

Q-1: Do you know Mr. John Tiletile?


A: Yes

Q-2: How is he related to you?


A: he is a close friend of mine and was my blockmate during
college.

Q-3: Did you ask for a loan from Mr. Tiletile?


A: Yes.

Q-4: How many loans did you obtain from him?


A: I acquired two loans from him.

Q-5: Were the loans obtained the same time or on different


occasions?
A: They were acquired on different occasions.

Q-6: What was the purpose of acquiring the first loan?


A: The first loan was acquired to satisfy the expenses for my
proposal to my fiance DONYA TESORO.

Q-7: How about the second loan?


A: The second loan was for our wedding expenses.

Q-8: Did you also enter into a contract of sale with Mr.
Tiletile?
A: Yes
Q-9: What was the contract for?
A: The contract was for the sale of his 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer
Evolution VII to me.

Q-10: Did he pay for the car?


A: Yes

Q-11: Did you deliver the car?


A: No

Q-12: What was the reason for its non-delivery?


A: It was stolen from me before I was able to deliver the
same to Mr. Tiletile.

Q-13: Did you notify Mr. Tiletile of the same?


A: Yes.

Q-14: How about the payment of the loan?


A: The loan was satisfied by the sale of the car. As the value
of the vehicle was more than enough to satisfy the loan, and
the purchase price was for the remainder.

Q-15: Did Mr. Pangan agree to this?


A: Yes.
