These chocolate brownies come together fast and easy to satisfy that chocolate craving
and not giving up on your keto diet!

Makes 16 brownies

Calories: 81, Fat: 8g, Carbs: 2g, Fiber: 1g, Protein: 2 g, Net Carbs: 1 g

Ingredients

2 eggs
½ cup butter, melted but not hot
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup erythritol (like Swerve)
½ cup almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

01. Preheat oven to 350. Spray or line 8x8 baking pan


02. Melt butter in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between. You want it
melted but not steaming hot.
03. In large mixing bowl combine eggs, melted butter and vanilla and mix until well
combined.
04. Add erythritol, almond flour, cocoa and baking powder, stirring until all combined.
05. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips (optional)
06. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. The center will still be moist but will continue to
bake while resting.
07. Cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
