List of Officers:
 Group Chief Financial Officer
 Group Chief Human Resources Officer
 Group Chief Information Officer
 Group Chief Technology Officer
 Group Chief Commercial Officer
 Group Chief Operations Officer

In my opinion, the two departments that I have greatest objections are:

 Group Chief Financial Officer
 Group Chief Technology Officer

Some Specific Issues:

 They need high amount of financial budget to create Company X as
established brand. But the problem is that they are generating decreasing
profit which also be levied on the company. So, Group Chief Financial
Officer has this financial concerns that the company need to deal with.

 With the fast change of technology and in such dynamic environment, The
Group Chief Technology Officer needs to deal it with that. They need to
train their employees with upgraded technology and make them learn

How we can address/mitigate those concerns:

 They need to train their employees with new upcoming technology to sustain
in the industry. They should organize monthly training to their employees of
new technology, so they will have an edge over the their rivals.
 For financial officer, they need to adjust their financial and make the
environment in the organization so that they are in position to attract the new
shareholders to invest in the company
