How to access your Cardiff University email account

1. Go to https://intranet.cardiff.ac.uk/

2. Select Student intranet

3. Enter your Username and Password to log in

(include the C at the start, for example C1234567, if you are using username instead of email)
4. Select Email to open Outlook

5. Tick Don’t show this again’ and select ‘Yes’ if you want to save your email log-in details
6. Your Cardiff University email account should then open.

Please check this regularly, as all messages will be sent to your Cardiff University email address.
