I, the undersigned Achola Beatrice Odong, holder of Sudanese passport No C 0595018,

born at Magwi in Sudan, in 1970 and therefore competent state on oath as follows;

That I am an adult of sound mind, and duly authorized to swear this affidavit.

That I am the mother to Noah Ochola Apoka born in 1997, Victoria Elizabeth Achom
born in 2004 and Condoleezza laloyo born in 2005.

That I, the said Achola Beatrice Odongo have included the above children in our
Company Macdowel 2006 Ltd.

That I, the said Achola Beatrice Odong have authority to sign on their behalf in matters of our
company Macdowel 2006 Ltd.

That what is stated above is true to the best of our knowledge and belief.
