PROCEDURES
4.1 Introductory Activity MOL (prayer and checking of attendance)
5 minutes Review of the previous lesson.
What are the different measuring tools used in plumbing that we have already
discussed?
4.2 Activity Group Activity
15 minutes The class will be divided into 5 groups. Each group will be provided a pull
push rule and an activity sheet. Using the pull-push rule, they are tasked to
measure the length, width, and thickness/height of items written on the
activity sheet. Class sharing will follow after the activity.
4.3 Analysis Ask the learners the following question:
5 minutes - What are the units of measurement you used in measuring the items?
- What is the importance of measurement?
4.4 Abstraction Discussion on the systems of measurement and its corresponding common
10 minutes units used. The teacher will give example of computation and conversion
regarding the different system of measurement.

4.5 Application Using the given unit of conversion, the students will convert the following:
15 minutes 1. 64 cm = _________inches
2. 59 yards = _________feet
3. 95.5 dm = ________meter
4. 19 inches = ________centimeter
5. 47 feet = _________inches
4.6 Assessment The students will convert the following:
