AFFIDAVIT
I, JOYCE ANN A. CAIGAS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of #043
Paraan St. Pitpitan, Bulakan, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am one of the two thousand one hundred three (2,103) bar examinees who
recently passed the 2019 Philippine Bar Examinations;

2. By virtue of Notice to the 2019 Bar Passers RE: Oath Taking Ceremony dated 9 June
2020, the oath-taking ceremony shall be conducted via video conference;

3. On 25 June 2020, I attended the oath-taking ceremony via video conference

within Philippine territory, specifically in the City of Malolos, Bulacan;

4. I took photographs and/or screenshots of the video conference showing therein

myself and the En Banc proceedings during said oath-taking ceremony. To prove
the same, attached herein are said photographs and/or screenshots marked as ANNEX
“A” series;

5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing statements; in compliance with the requirements under the Notice to
the 2019 Bar Passers RE: Oath Taking Ceremony; and for whatever intents or legal
purposes it may serve.
