MOM for Alumni Committee Meeting

Following Points were discussed in the meeting:-

 We finalised to schedule a batch meet for batches of class 2002 to 2008 on 7 th April 2018.
 We decided to start connecting to each alumn (of above mentioned batches) individually
and inform them about the event. Get their confirmation and continue to build a
relationship with them.
 We will come with a name for the Batch meet event (same as expanding horizon).
 Tentative Budget and booking details will be conveyed to Deepti Maam by 15 th March, 2018.
 We discussed the feedback given by Alumn in Expanding Horizon event.
 Batch details for Class of 2001 and 2003 will be shared by Deepti Maam. Vijei will co-
ordinate with Maam.
 Further strategies were discussed to connect to Alumn through Guest lectures/ Skype
calls/Mentorship.
