AIM:

ALGORITHM:
STEP 1: Press ctrl + A to select the text.
STEP 2: Click right, left, Centre and justify alignment.
STEP 3: According to the alignment the text will be changed.
UNDERLINE:
STEP 1: Press ctrl + A to select the text.
STEP 2: Click the ‘U’ icon in the text tool box.
STEP 3: The selected text will be displayed as underline.
BACKGROUND:
STEP 1: Click the background colour command in the format menu.
STEP 2: It displays the list of colour. Select any colour from the
colour art.
STEP 3: Now we can see the changes made.
FONT SIZE:
STEP 1: Pres ctrl + A to select the text.
STEP 2: Click the drop down arrow on the font size box.
STEP 3: According to the font size we can select the size.
STEP 4: Then the selected text will be displayed in the selected
font size.
TEXT COLOUR:
STEP 1: From the Format menu select the font icon make changes
in the text colour.
LINE SPACING:
STEP 1: Place the cursor in the required paragraph.
STEP 2: To open the paragraph dialog box click Format
Paragraph , command.
STEP 3: Click the right hand side of the line spacing box. Click the
required changes.

Ladies and gentlemen, good morning.
I am here to give you a few words about the development of the company on
this occasion.
As a chairman it is pleasure to welcome you to the 35th annual general meeting
of R.V. City makers.
I want to welcome shareholders joining us via R.V. City makers.
Let me say how blessed, we are holding our annual general meeting in
Brisbane.
Over 2 lakhs Australian directly own shares in R.V. Makers.
To make sure many of the shareholders as possible rare an opportunity to attend
the meeting.
We have the policy of rotating our annual general meeting around Australia’s
major capital cities.
In the last three years, we have held our annual general meetings in Melbourne,
Sydney, and Berth.
And informational meetings in Adelaide, Auk land, Wellington.
I am blessed to see many Queens land shareholders today.
This year marks R.V. City makers 150th year in Queensland.
And we consider it especially appropriate to hold this year’s meeting in
Brisbane of our anniversary.
Union bank of Australia has opened in Brisbane in June 1853 and later that year
the bank of Australia opened a branch in Ipswich.
Thank you all for giving your support towards the R.V. City makers and
attending our annual general meeting.
