SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, ALMA P. BREHM, of legal age, Filipin, widow and with a Philippine address at
Brgy. Tolarucan, Janiuay, Iloilo do hereby name, constitute, and appoint HELEN P. PARO-AN,
of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Brgy. Tolarucan, Janiuay, Iloilo, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, namely:

1. To secure the written loan agreement that executed by (INSERT NAME OF

BORROWER) in favor of the principal;

2. To enter into Real estate mortgage to be executed by (INSERT NAME OF

THE DEBTOR) in favor of the principal. The subject of which is the property
owned by the debtor located at Brgy. Tolarucan, Janiuay, Iloilo,
Philippines;

3. To sign the Real Estate Mortgage Agreement referred above;

4. To represent me in any disputes which I might encounter in relation with the

above-mentioned transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient, in
connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do,
if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
