During the course, I was reminded to take one step at a time especially when engaging in new
workout routines. I wish to admit that my workout journey has been filled with the challenge of
wanting to see results after a few days of working out. To a larger extent, I have always been
confined to the perception that desired results can be realized within a short period as long as I
am intensely involved in my workout routine. With such a mentality, I have been exposed to
several instances of pain and injury. However, this course has changed such thinking.
Extrapolating from the fact that the course emphasizes on taking a step by step approach when
working out, I have been able to embrace such a perspective. Additionally, I have been able to
