The meeting was started through an opening prayer lead by PTA President Kag. Jonel Musa. It
was followed by a recall of previous PTA meeting lead by Mrs. Melicia R. Galicia, Principal II of Tugdan
National High School. She had a clarification about the student’s payment that it has no additional
payment.
Mrs. Melicia Galicia proposed to the body her fencing and stage roof project and has a budget of
PHP 25,000. The perimeter fence should be started beside the stage to be continued yearly by batch.
The manpower should be shouldered by the students under CAT and TLE subjects. The people who
would manage the project should be hired. Dra. Joselyn M. Galicha suggested that it needed 2 masons
only and approved by the body. She also asked the amount of the labor and still unanswered.

PTA Treasurer Mrs. Olivia G. Galicha delivered her financial report for first grading period. She
has on hand cash of PHP 30,870.00. A Science fee cash of PHP 9, 810, deducted PHP 5, 480 care of
Ma’am Milojean Campos for Science Quiz Bee on Romblon, Romblon. The remaining PHP 510.00 had
used in Scie-Tech Festival. The Sports Fee has a total of PHP 7,085.00, deducted PHP 3,000.00 used in
Palaro and DUAL Meet care of Mr. Mark Victor Matias. Anti TB cash has PHP 3,030. YES-O has PHP 3,
070.00. The collection for Polo Shirt is PHP 870.00 and Body’s contribution for PHP 6,320.00 for the total
of PHP 7, 190.00. President Jonel Musa suggested that the excess amount from the collection and polo
shirt should not be refundable and use it for polo shirt printing instead. It was approved by the body. He
also asked about the registration fee of PTA Body and was answered by Mrs. Olivia Galicha. On Induction
and Coronation Night Fund, it has PHP 2,580.00 cash in hand.

Mrs. Melicia R. Galicia – Principal II announced the No Clearance and Test Permit Policy this 2 nd
Grading Period. Signing of Test permit and clearance should be at the end of the School Year. It was
approved by the BOD. Dra. Joselyn Galicha suggested the implementation of Test Permit and clearance
policy because of lousiness of the students about their responsibility. It was approved that the policy
should be monitored this 2nd Grading and would take right action on the 3 rd Grading Period.
