ACTIVITY FREQUENCY
Takes responsibility for the organisation’s SHE performance and approves SHE Annually
objectives, targets and management programmes on an annual basis.
Ensures effective Development and implementation of the SHE policy, including Annually

Review results of internal and external audits and provide recommendations for
improvement if required.
