In the interest of the service and in support to the Agency's continuous efforts
to provide quality assured WET programs in this new normal state, the guidelines
on online processing of program registration application is hereby issued.
The government, though the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management
of Emerging Infectious Diseases, issued emergency measures to address the
social and economic burden amidst the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19)
pandemic in the country.
Objective
Definition of Terms
The same Process Cycle Time (PCT) of three (3) working days shall be
adopted in the online processing of program registration application documents
in the new normal state.
The following are the options in the issuance of the CTPR and the
approved program registration application documents provided the
registration fee was already paid by the applicant TV/s/company/ies:
The original copy of the CTPR and the approved program registration
application documents shall be delivered/forwarded by TESDA
Regional/Provincial Office/s through courier to the
TVI/s/company/ies. The TVI/s/company/ies shall pay the courier fees.
Strict compliance and wide dissemination of the Circular by all Regional and
Provincial Offices is hereby enjoined.

A. General Requirements
1. Letter of Intent/Application add/shift the delivery
mode to either Blended Learning, Distance
Learning, Online Learning or combination of
Distance Learning and Face-to-Face Learning;

Competency, the Module Title, the Learning
Outcomes and the Learning Contents covered
for every LO specifying the modality/ies to be
applied for every Learning Content, and the
Learning Resources.
