    MASICAMPO SUWAN MARILOG DISTRICT DAVAO CITY ON JUNE 22, 2019

    PTA RESOLUTION NO. 1 S, 2019

    Resolution requesting for the bamboo sticks for school fences in Masicampo Elementary
    School.

    Whereas, Masicampo Elementary School is a complete elementary school catering 86


    pupils.
    Whereas, the school is located in far flung area.
    Whereas, the present bamboo fences around the school area are already dilapidated.
    Whereas, new fences has to be constructed for the safety of the pupils and to free the
    school ground from astray animals.
    Now, therefore, on motion of MRS. MARICEL S. CAJES, the school PTA President,
    duly seconded by BENJAMIN SAMAN, PTA Member, BE IT:
    RESOLVED, that this body now in session will donate bamboo sticks for the school
    fences.
    FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THIS request be given favourable action at the
    soonest time.
    Finally, the Masicampo Elementary School PTA Officials and Members wish to extend
    their gratitude for the favor extended on the above request.
    I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the above quoted resolution.
