Entrepreneurship is a process of transforming ideas into highly marketable


Goods and services that will improve our quality of life. It can help us, our family, and
community financially. It can also contribute to our country’s economic growth.
In this chapter, we will understand the skills and characteristics of a
successful entrepreneur. We will also identify the ways to buy and sell products based on the
needs and demand of buyers in the community.

Pre-assessment

As part of your initial activity, try to assess your prior knowledge and experience related
to personal entrepreneurial competencies. Answer Task 1.
