1. Why it is that illegal drugs trade are still rampart despite the
relentless campaign of our government in the war against drug.

In my own opinion why illegal drug trade are still rampart in

our country because of so many reason such as poverty, dark
politics and corruption. Poverty because they were need to survive
for their children and family and no source of income, sometime
they were pause to use their children as courier for selling of
drugs. That we called street pushing, In Taguig City at Maharlika,
They were use the minors as runner at the area, and some
barangay Tanod at the said barangay are also drug pusher, that’s
why still rampart of the selling of illegal drugs, and also some
politicians are protector of that illegal activities for their personal
interest and other problem why illegal drug still rampart in our
country because of territorial securities, because of lack of security
especially at Seaport vast coastlines and other entry and exit
points other problem why illegal drugs still rampart in our country
because some badge are corrupt, they were not prosecute the
Drug lord because of big money and reason is for safety of their
family.

2. How can we strategically and effectively address this drug problem

in the country?

The PNP is focusing on convincing the drug pusher and the

user to surrender and change their ways while the Department of
Health has its hard full dealing with drug rehabilitation.
The PNP strategically and effectively address this drug problem in
the country are dismantling drug problem and reducing the
manufacturing and trade of illegal drugs were able to adapt and
change for recognition between total war and legalization there
exist a brand range of option worth exploring when it comes to
combating the proliferation of illegal drug use.

Other strategic and effective in home to stop the drug

problem in our country, introduce public health framework for the
treatment of drug addiction and adopt alternatives to prison for
drug related offences, social and economic alternatives is should
be provided to communities an sectors using illegal drugs to make
ends meet.
