WORK INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUTTING MACHINE

1. Check for power supply in machine.

2.Check cutting oil level in tank.
3. Clamp the sample in vice & properly lock by knob.
4.Adjust vice according to sample parting wheel.
5. Set the cutting oil pipe for drop the cutting oil on sample.
6.Close the machine top cover.
7.Move key in knob then knob will come upside.
8.Press the cutting oil switch for cutting oil run in the machine.
9.Press switch to start parting wheel motor.
10 Slowly-2 press the parting wheel motor handle & put on sample
Cut sample .
11.Press the key switch, motor & cutting oil will stop.
12. Open the cover & unlock sample in vice.
13. Close the cover.
