Mission Statement/Noble Cause

I’m building a better world by mixing art & science in the reduction, or preferably, the elimination, of health and safety
hazards in the workplace, community and environment with the goal of preventing occupational illness, injury & disease.
My purpose is to inspire, serve and connect others to achieve extraordinary things.

My core values and conduct are a competitive advantage that help me, and my organization grow stronger and achieve
established goals and objectives.

 Integrity
I always practice the highest ethical standards and take personal responsibility for my actions and decisions.

 Civility
How I treat people means everything – whether they will trust me, build relationships with me, and support
me. I continually seek to give positive gestures of respect, dignity, courtesy, and kindness that lift people up.

 Customer Experience
I will always strive to exceed the expectations of my customers. I routinely invite feedback from peers and
stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous improvement. I will conduct myself with the knowledge
that if requests are not satisfactorily filled, customers will seek services elsewhere.

 Enthusiasm
Approaching tasks and responsibilities with enthusiasm leads to a much greater chance of success. If I maintain
a positive attitude, it is more likely that people will enjoy working with me and provide positive feedback.

I set high expectations for myself and for those around me. I am deeply committed to striving for excellence,
not only in my own achievements, but also for the success of my colleagues, supervisor, department and
organization. I have a great thirst for knowledge and personal development which stimulates my intellect,
expands my horizons, and supports a healthy level of self-confidence.

 Perseverance
You will never truly know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both have been tested by
adversity. When things don’t go as planned, I have learned to use the resources at my disposal and rely on my
mental fortitude to deliver results without compromising my ethical standards.

Productivity is the consistent completion of actions that link directly to and drive my meaningful objectives.
Throughout my career, I have learned to be productive and organized which has helped me maintain focus on
what is important to me, my team and the organization I support.

 Self-Awareness
I am committed to self-awareness and self-improvement. Being highly self-aware sets the upper limit for the
skills that make me a stronger team player, superior leader, and better relationship builder.

 Teamwork
My openness and collegial approach allow me to work cohesively with peers and colleagues at all organizational
levels. I pursue opportunities to promote a collaborative and participatory environment. Building relationships
is key to personal and organizational success.
