WITHDRAWAL OF APPEARANCE

The undersigned counsel respectfully withdraw their appearance as

counsel for plaintiffs ELIZABETH KAHN HOOG, CHRISTINE KAHN RICE,

MARGARET KAHN and CECILLE KAHN FONACIER (collectively, the

“plaintiffs”), effective immediately, with the latter’s express conformity as

shown hereunder.

It is therefore respectfully prayed that, henceforth, all copies of

pleadings, motions, orders and other processes of the Honorable Court

intended for the plaintiffs be sent to the plaintiff at Rm. 411 The Manila

Banking Corporation Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, or

to whoever counsel the claimant may hereinafter appoint.
