Statement of the problem:
The National Government has decided to erect a building on its
property with a Total Lot Area (TLA) of One thousand three hundred sixty square meters (1,360 sq.m.) located in Metro manila.
Project site features:
The project site is rectangular in shape, with a frontage of Forty meters
(40.00) facing south. Provide parking slots that will accommodate 30 cars and put it on the western side of the building that will occupy approximately 53% of the Total Lot Area. A setback of 8.00 meters at the eastern and southern portion of the site will be provided. A 2.00 meters rear setback is also given. An 18.00 meters setback at the western side of the site will be provided to accommodate the parking area.
