KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, TERESITA TAMAYO, LORNA DELA CRUZ, AND
PEDRO SADUCO, all of legal age and residents of Brgy. Caunayan,
Batac City, Ilocos Norte, being the heirs of the late IRENEO SADUCO,
the registered owner of OCT No. P-12987, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT our sister MARIA MAKILING, also of
legal age and a resident of Brgy. 10, Batac City, Ilocos Norte, to be
our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and
stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1. To represent us for the filing of a Petition for the Issuance of

Owner’s Duplicate Title of OCT No P-12987, registered under the
name of IRENEO SADUCO, our father;

2. To represent us in processing all the necessary documents

needed for the filing of said petition with any of the concerned
agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

3. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, and sign any and
all document/s and paper/s as well as claim/ receive for and in
our behalf said document/s from the concerned agencies of the
Government of the Philippines, as well as to do any act in order
to accomplish the aforestated acts;

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power

and authority to do, take and perform all and every act and things
whatsoever requisite, proper and necessary to be done in the exercise
of the right and power herein granted, as fully to all intent and
