What do we charge:
Simple – Rs 15,000 per month

Remember, you have to hire an IT person, a communications person, pay

for domain registration and web hosting services. The minimum cost for
keeping your website alive is Rs *45,000 per month

*Rs 45,000 - it includes the percentage time of the IT person, and

communications person spent on maintaining the website. Additionally, the
domain registration, and web hosting charges have been divided on per month
basis.
What is the client responsible for?
 Provide content for the website – reports of the activities
(sessions, project launches, events, news, and photos).
 Pay the Pak NGOs fee regularly (First payment for a
quarter, later it could be on monthly basis as well as
quarterly basis)
