Commissioning
are ready to install. Supervision of Commissioning can however be provided by Everest
Charges
Experts @ Rs. 10,000/- per man day.
Everest Blowers are Warranted for 12 months period from the date of dispatch.
The Warrantee is valid only in case of any Manufacturing Defect.
Warranty
Warrantee covers free service, however any spares & consumables shall be at chargeable
basis.
M/S Everest Blower Pvt. Ltd. (EBPL) will not be responsible nor will it be held liable for any loss or damages
arising to buyer, as a result of Delay, if any, in Delivery/Commissioning of machine/s and/or products of
the company due to non-availability of site or reasons beyond control of EBPL or any product deficiency
arising due to reason of improper or wrongful use by the buyer of the machinery and/or the products of
EBPL. EBPL will not be liable for any consequential damage to the buyer or any other person either by the
way of loss of profits or otherwise, in connection with the use and performance of machinery and/or the
products of EBPL or for any reason whatsoever.
